Brent Chambers

position: mastermind / captain

Brent is founder and creative director of Flux. Brent’s love affair with animation grew out of his early days as a graphic artist and his subsequent training as an animator under Disney veteran John Ewing. Brent went on to established Flux in 1997. Brent is also the managing director. Under his directorship the company has built a reputation as a leading international commercial animation house. Given the chance you'll find Brent captaining his launch in Auckland's beautiful Gulf Harbour.

Csaba Nehez

After a stint working on 'Bro’Town', Csaba joined Flux a, overseeing series 'Staines Down Drains' and 'Master Raindrop' among others. Csaba is in love with the great outdoors - he's certainly come to the right place for that.

Sue Chambers

position: financial director / producer / comedian

Sue and Brent founded Flux in 1997. Sue is financial director and assists with project development, international marketing and all aspects of running the company. Sue produced Flux's award-winning short film 'Grass' as well as the series 'Tamatoa the Brave Warrior' and 'The Adventures of Massey Ferguson'. Sue also has the role of commercial producer at the studio. Sue's dry wit keeps the studio on it's toes and makes an important contribution to the culture of the company.

Alan Cochrane

position: head of design / snow hound

Alan takes care of design for Flux, working closely with commercial, television and interactive divisions producing everything from character design for series through to web design and the production of high quality pitch and marketing materials. Alan graduated from the Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Graphic Design, joining Flux team 8 years ago. When he's not working, he's most likely buried up to his neck in snow.

Fraser Munro

position: head of interactive

A classically trained 2D animator with a background in multimedia and interaction design, Fraser oversees creation of vector based content for digital and traditional media clients. Be it an interactive app, an animated TVC or TV series tech. development, he has a solution. It's been suggested that he himself is a cartoon with a propensity for accidental self-harm, bringing not only credence to the idea that “life imitates art” but 7 years of laughter to the studio. For this we thank him.
